Gifted & Talented at Oasis Academy

STARS is the new name for Gifted & Talented at Oasis Academy Wintringham, it means Supporting The Able , Recognising Success.

STARS students are challenged in a number of ways in the Academy:

• Inclusion on the Gifted & Talented Register
• Membership of the Young Gifted & Talented website which gives them access to a wide range of G&T opportunities
• Special events  eg. Forensic Science Day, Drama Productions
• Gifted & Talented Athletes Programme
• A wide range of Enrichment Activities
• Young Enterprise Company Programme
• Specialist Sports Coaching from professional coaches
• Extension work in lessons and through the VLE
• Art exhibition
• Trips abroad
• G&T Science & Engineering Events
