On April 17th Steve Chalke will be running the 2011 Virgin London Marathon, and is aiming to break the Guinness World Record for the most money raised by an individual marathon runner.
That money will go towards the work of Oasis, providing hope and opportunity for young people, individuals and families in some of the most marginalised communities all over the world.
Oasis Academy Wintiringham is holding a non-uniform day on Friday 8th April to raise money for this cause.
