Our gym equipment is provided by Cybex it is all the VR3 range. We have 13 pieces of Cardio Vascular equipment and 12 resistance machines, including a range of free weights.
Along with all our friendly and experienced staff all of our equipment is linked to the Fitlinxx training partner; this allows us to provide interactive coaching on all machines to ensure that all the exercises in your personalised programme are performed using the correct technique and hit your target range of movement. This will allow you to see the benefits of your exercise in a shorter space of time. It also displays real-time information including “try to slow down”, “don’t let the weight stacks touch”, and “good job”. We can also email you on a weekly basis to allow you to see what you have achieved during that week.
