Here at Oasis Academy Wintringham we use the acronym 'PRIDE' to help remember the five Oasis Ethos Values.

Values

Perseverance - A sense of perseverance to keep going for the long haul.

Relationships - A commitment to healthy open relationships.

Inclusion - A passion to include everybody.

Diversity - A desire to treat everyone equally, respecting Diversity.

Everlasting Hope - A deep sense of Everlasting Hope that things can change and be transformed.

There are many opportunities for all members of the Academy to develop and demonstrate the PRIDE Values.

We are commited to upholding the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and have achieved the Rights Respecting School Award - Level 1. For more information about this award click here.
