This facility allows access to your child’s attendance, assessment and behaviour as well as being able to add dinner money and pay for school trips. You are also able to view your child’s teachers and their weekly timetable.
The portal also provides general useful information about the Academy such as the Academic calendar and Academy announcements. In addition, it has a messaging feature to support communication with the Academy.
Parents can also view the student and contact details held on our records for your child and advise us of any important changes e.g. change of address or contact numbers. It is important that our information is kept up to date should we need to make contact with you.
MCAS is also used to communicate parents’ evening information enabling parents to book their own appointment slots with teachers. Booked appointments will appear in time order and can be printed off for your information.
To access MCAS visit www.mychildatschool.com and use the email address you have registered with the Academy. If you do not know or have forgotten your password then use the “Reset Password” link to be sent a new one.
Once you have registered on the website, you can download the app to access information on your mobile. Please ensure you enable ‘Push notifications’ so that you can receive messages sent to the app.

Multiple children at our Academy:
If you have more than one child at the Academy, you are able to click on the name of the student next to their photograph and it will give you the option to select other students associated with the user. Click on the photograph or the text to change the views allowing information about all of your children to be viewed with just one login.
