Extension: Choose a department within the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital Grimsby and create a poster about it. Research recipes which are suitable for a teenager.

Try to find recipes that have ingredients with the key nutrients for teenagers

Document at least 4 recipes with accompaniments – copy and paste the method, ingredients and equipment needed.

 Try to find recipes that have ingredients that you have at home and cook the dish. Take a photograph of your finished product and send it to me with your written work.
