Wellbeing Workout

All our wellbeing workouts can be found here, why not try one of our older workouts and see whether you think your fitness has improved or decreased since last completing it.  There are a whole range of workouts for you to access and enjoy.

Science:

Lesson 1

Read through the 6 ‘revise’ links on BBC bitesize.  If you find that you are comfortable with one of the topics, make some quick revision notes and then move on to another ‘revise’ topic.  Revise link

Complete the 20 question quiz by clicking on the link here quiz.  If you get a question wrong, there should be a quick explanation stating why it is a wrong answer.   Read these really carefully and make a note of why you got that answer wrong.  I will be able to see who completes the quiz and the great scores you got too!

Lesson 2
